PS-7 Pot Primo

The 7 Pot Primo is a serious Contender when it comes to HEAT!   It has a very sweet yet strong citrus flavor. The creator of this pepper is Troy Primeaux based in Louisiana.  They are very prolific plants and are a member of "capsicum chinense" family. They mature from green to red. 120 days They make GREAT hot sauce or powder!  Scoville-1.48 MILLION

PS-African Birds Eye

The African Bird's Eye Pepper, also called Pilipili Hoho, Pilipili Kichaa (Swahili for "Burning Pepper"), African Bird Peppers, Birdseye Pepper, Pequin, Piquin, Penguin is a little bitty chile with a great big bite.
You can perhaps tell a lot about a chile by learning its nicknames. In addition to the musical-sounding Swahili name, above, the African Bird's Eye Pepper is also known as the African Devil.  Native to the Sudan, the African Bird's Eye pepper is very popular today in Southeast Asia. The chile is used as a spice, and as a fiery condiment, in Vietnamese, Thai, Malaysian, Laotian, Indonesian, and Filipino cuisine.  Use the African Bird's Eye Pepper in Thai curries, chilis, or braised meats. This chile is also used to flavor vinegar, which is then sprinkled on dishes as a hot and sour condiment. Try African Bird's Eye Pepper in corned beef hash, or to add a hot twist to a simple meal of beans and rice. For the strong of heart, use as a substitute for cayenne. My seed came directly from Zimbabwe.

PS-Bhut Jalokia

Also known as naga jolokia, naga morich, bih jolokia, u-morok, ghost pepper, ghost chili pepper, or red naga chili, the Bhut Jolokia is cultivated in the Nagaland and Assam region of northeastern India and parts of neighboring Bangladesh.  The word Bhut, given from the Bhutias people, means “ghost” and was probably given the name because of the way the heat sneaks up on the one who eats it.  The Bhut Jolokia has been around for many centuries, but was only introduced to the western world in 2000. In 2007 The Ghost Pepper was certified as the hottest Chili Pepper on the planet in The Guinness Book of World Records.  Ripe peppers measure 2.5 to 3.3 inches long with a red, yellow, orange, white, purple or chocolate color.  TASTE (AND HEAT): The first flavor you will notice is an intense sweet chili flavor, the heat does not kick in for 30 – 45 seconds. Once the heat kicks in, expect sweating, watery eyes, hiccups and shortness of breath. The burning generally intensifies over 10 – 15 minutes and subsides after 30 – 40 minutes. 125 Days  Scovilles 800,000-1,000.000

PS-Brazilian Ghost

This has to be the Frankenstein of all super hot chili peppers.  Created by José Renato in Brazil this is a three way cross chilli between the Bhut Jolokia (Ghost pepper) x 7 Pot Douglah x Trinidad scorpion. Heat is of the Atomic scale with a beautiful delicious nutty/fruity flavour. This pepper has the most unique spikes and pimples all over the pods with a color between the 7 Pot Douglah and Red ghost chilli.  The pods have been recently tested for scoville heat which was up with the Butch T and the Carolina Reaper. However it is often said that the Brazilian ghost has a far more violent burn. 130 Days  The Scoville results have come back at 1,430,000 Million

PS-Bubble Gum 7 Pod

Also called 7 Pot Bubblegum. This is a 3rd generation cross developed by Jon Harper a grower in the U.K in 2011- 2012. It is a cross between a red Moruga Scorpion and a Trinidad Yellow 7 Pot. It retains the look of the Moruga Scorpion but has a unique feature in that a light pink color sometimes bleeds up through the top of the pepper into the stem. This gives in the Bubblegum name. Some say it has a slight taste like bubblegum but most do not agree with that.  Know that it is only a third generation pepper has very little stability so you may or may not get all the desired traits you see in others photos as I am sure everyone is posting their best pictures of this cool looking pepper. It has good 7 Pot heat and produces many pods. The 7 Pot Bubblegum chile plants can grow to a height over 3 feet tall120 Days Scoville-800.000 ~ 1,000,000 Million

PS-Carolina Reaper #1-(Seed from Original parent plant-Ed Currie)

This pepper--the world's hottest--is beautiful bright red with a rough surface and a long stinger. But don't let its good looks fool you! This pepper got its name for a reason. If you are foolish enough to eat this pepper whole you may wish to enter the doors of death willingly!  Be very, very careful using this pepper.  Those who don't fear the Reaper are fools.   Flavor has been described as sweet, fruity, with a hint of cinnamon with chocolate undertones. Uses include hot sauces, salsas, cooking, settling old scores and combat. 120 Days My seed is from Ed's ORIGINAL parent plant.  Scoville  2,569,300 Million

PS-Carolina Reaper #2-Commercially Available Seed

Same as above except probably 5th-10th generation seed.  Plants produced true.

PS-Cayenne Long Thick

The Cayenne Thick is a variant of the classic Cayenne.  It’s high yielding and the peppers are larger than the classic Cayenne and have a thick fruit wall. The peppersare 8"-12" long and at the top, as big around as a really fat cigar. They are long and wrinkled. The hot peppers have a wonderful aroma. Perfect for salsas or to use fresh. Also good for drying and for seasoning dishes.  These plants produce like crazy and are a joy to behold in the garden!  Require staking because of heavy fruit set. 90 Days Scoville-150,000-200,000

PS-Count Dracula

Jet black leaves and purple flowers create a striking display on sturdy, 2 ft. plants. Adding to the drama are 2" long, black fruits which ripen to blood red. With a rating of 45,000 Scovilles, these very hot peppers definitely have a big "bite".  90 Days  Scoville-25,000 - 40,000

PS-Datil

Blazing hot, blunt little 3.5-inch fruits ripen to a brilliant orange yellow. The heat is vicious, being comparable to habanero types, but the flavor is more complex, sweeter and more fruity. Renowned pepper originating from St. Augustine, Florida. Local legend says they were brought there from Spain, where they do enjoy a following in Minorca. However, they may also have originated in Chile.  100 Days  Scoville-‎100,000–300,000

PS-Habaneros Assorted Colors

One of the most potent hot peppers — €”100 times hotter than Jalapeño! Great for hot sauces and basting. Wrinkled, tapered little fruit turn from green to orange. Bear very well in hot weather. Grows well in containers.

100 Days  Scoville-100,000 to 300,000

PS-Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Long MOA

A Scotch bonnet pepper may sound timid, but it is nothing of the sort. It’s one of the spicier peppers  (same heat as a habanero) that you may potentially find at a supermarket, especially in geographic areas high in Caribbean residents.  Why the Caribbean? Because this is THE pepper of the region. In fact if you say you want a hot pepper in most of the Caribbean islands, the Scotch bonnet pepper is what you are handed. Scotch bonnet is used in all sorts of Caribbean cuisine, including the well known jerk chicken (or jerk pork).  This chili has a slightly sweet taste to it, sort of like a tomato with an slight hint of apples and cherries. It’s very closely related to the habanero, so if you’ve tasted a habanero you’ll have a decent idea of what a Scotch bonnet has in store for you in terms of heat. Just add in more sweetness.  This sweetness makes the Scotch bonnet a very popular chili for Caribbean cooking and hot sauces. It’s a really distinct sweet-heat flavor that a lot of people love.  This is a long natural variant and my seed comes from The Ministry of Agriculture of Jamaica (MOA) 115 Days -Scoville-100,000 to 300,000

PS-King Naga Chocolate

The King Naga is from the Southeast India and Bangladesh region. The King Naga chile plant is the largest of the Naga family. Some Bhut Jolokia pods may get longer but are not as wide or heavy in weight. It's heat and flavor are similar to the Naga Morich.  It is a heavy producer of peppers.  You will occasionally get a red pod.  90-120 Days (this chili varies a lot!) Scoville-700,000-800,000

PS-Moruga Scorpion Brown

This is another brown colored variant of the Moruga Scorpion. It is said to be a cross of a 7 Pot Brown and a Moruga Scorpion. There is debate that this might be the same or different as the Chocolate Moruga Scorpion. Differences we can see and that we have heard from others is it is a darker shade of brown and has a more burning upfront heat.
It also produces some very large pods. Like the Chocolate Moruga it has a slightly fruity background flavor. Only thing is you don't get many true shaped Moruga looking pods like you do with the Caramel and Chocolate Moruga. The Brown Moruga Scorpion Chile Plants can grow up to 4 feet tall so they require staking.  This is a gnarly chile and just looks like a real bad boy!
70-90 Days   Scoville-2,000.000 Million

PS-Peach Bhut Jalokia

The Peach Bhut Jolokia is the natural variant of the red Bhut Jolokia or Ghost chile. The chile plants produce peppers that are elongated pendant pods that get up to 6 inches in length although average is about 4 inches. They ripen from green to a light pink color and will get a slight light orange color if left to ripen too long. The heat level is extreme and they are just as hot as the red version. However they have a more smoother slightly fruity taste.  One of the most beautiful Mega Hot's in my opinion  120+ Days  Under the right growing conditions these chiles are blisteringly hot with recent tests indicating a heat level Scoville 1,041,427 Million

PS-Red Naga Brains

The Red Naga Brain is an accidental cross between a Red Naga and a 7 Pot Brain Strain.  They look like plump shorter Nagas or Bhuts. They have an extremely bumpy skin but occasionally, some smoother pods. The flavor is slightly fruity floral and heat is brutal. The Red Naga Brain chile plants are very productive and grow almost 4 feet tall so they require staking. 90-120 Days  Scoville-2,000.00 Million

PS-Scorpion Jay's Red

An extremely hot pepper, which is a cross between a Bhut Jolokia Red and a Trinidad Scorpion. The pepper was developed by Jay, a farmer from Pennsylvania in the United States. Peppers mature from green to bright red. Despite being the 6th generation, it’s not completely stable yet and some pod variations may be expected. Some having tails.

90-120 Days  Scoville 1,000.000 to 1,500.000 Million

PS-Scorpion Butch T

The former World’s Hottest Chilli Pepper topped the pepper rating scale at a SHU rating of 1.463.700.  The name ButchT or Butch T is after Butch Taylor. Butch is the owner of Zydeco Hot Sauce and person credited with originally discovering this strain. According to a post in this thread Butch was growing out the the Jonah strain, noticed a pod variation and saved the seed. He’s been sharing the seeds for a few years. When sending out seeds Butch would include his first name last initial (common when swapping seeds) on the seed package. 110-130 Days Scoville 800,000 to 1,500.000 Million

PS-Thai Dragon

No matter where you go in Asia, you will see this chili everywhere and eat in in every imaginable cuisine!  Not a mega hot but damn hot enough!  These fine chilies sizzle with heat and an incredible fruity unique flavor.  An easy grow, they are one of the most prolific chilies to be found.  Plants are just covered with small, bright red chilies.  Eat them fresh, dry them for powder, use them in Sambal Oelek chili paste...however you put them to use you will not be disappointed!

90 Days  Scoville-75.000 ~ 140.000
